This penthouse is part of a very modern new building. Glazing on both sides creates an airy feeling. Ceiling-high pivot doors, brought into the property by crane due to its size, separate the open living area to the kitchen and open staircase. The freestanding fireplace was transformed into a piece of furniture on all sides with cabinets and painted surfaces. A large wall of shelves with lowboard in spray paint surface hides the air conditioning and other building services.
