A large penthouse family apartment. All areas were custom designed and made. Children's room with closets and shelves with integrated desks. The closet doors are frame construction with fabric covered panels. The two-sided dressing room with bronze framed doors and tinted glass features KNX controllable LED lighting, as do all the built-ins. Room-shaping closet built-ins include a fireplace, library, hall closets and specialty room doors with wall pockets. A high-gloss painted built-in kitchen with cooking island and stone countertops connects to the wine cabinet and diner furniture.
