The core of the penthouse apartment is a large living room with a fireplace faced with light cement coating for seating and storage. The open kitchen with countertop, cooking island and built-in cabinet has been minimalistically finished in dark gray. The countertops have been made of terrazzo. In the bedroom, a wall-sized warm gray built-in wardrobe with linear handle solutions hides the room door to the master bathroom. In the bathroom, a mirrored cabinet, vanity, and door lining have been crafted to the terrazzo with minimal joints. Black metal surrounds create soft transitions.
