In a spacious attic apartment, 3 bedrooms each received built-in closets with air conditioning and integrated room doors, and the attached bathrooms received vanities and various fixtures. A library and room divider furniture with ornamental privacy screens were finished in stained oak. Other built-in cabinets and radiator cladding received spray paint finishes.
