Door52

Due to frequent requests for floor-to-ceiling, very simple and individual room doors, we decided in 2012 to develop our own door system. Regular orders have encouraged us to further develop and refine the designs. In the meantime, we produce DOOR52 in 3 size gradations and in the LIGHT version also without head frame.

All doors are always made to measure. The surface can be spray painted in color, brush painted in color, wood veneered or primed. Hinges are generally not visible. Our block frames are manufactured flush with the wall with shadow gap connection, or deliberately protruding. Further individual wishes are possible at any time.

FLUSH WALL INSTALLATION, NARROW SHADOW GAP

Whether opening inwards or outwards: on one side the door is flush with the wall. A connection joint takes up tolerances and is approx. 12 mm wide.

COVERED
HINGES

We only install concealed hinges with 3D adjustment in our doors. With high-quality hinges, locks and fittings, we guarantee durability.

DOOR52 light - WITHOUT HEAD CASE

With the light version, we have created an even simpler variant. Ceiling surfaces are no longer interrupted. For perfect sound insulation, we offer optional connection seals.

COMPLETE FREEDOM OF DESIGN

You have a free hand in the surface design of our doors. Whether colored lacquered, real wood veneered, primed, wallpapered or coated with a covering.

Variants and installation examples

Multi-leaf door system

Wide wall openings can be closed with multi-leaf door systems. In this example, the two side-hung leaves are flush with the wall in front of the outer fixed leaves.

FIXED GLAZING

Glass fillings bring lightness to heavy constructions and allow daylight to enter.

PROTRUDING FRAMES

When the door should not take a back seat for once: Protruding frames emphasize the passageway and lend new design possibilities to door construction.

SOUNDPROOFING ROOM DIVIDER SYSTEM

As part of the whole, our Door52s fit effortlessly into room-dividing systems. All constructive freedoms such as surface design and door leaf height remain unrestricted.

TWISTED SURCHARGE

Different than expected. Doors that are flush on the outside usually also open outward. We optimized our design to this end and broke away from this regularity.
